Information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice. Treatment suitability is assessed individually at consultation. Results vary between people and are not guaranteed.

Bookings

Bookings are made through our online booking system or by phone. Please arrive on time and follow the preparation instructions we give you. See our cancellation policy for changes and cancellations.

Consultation and consent

Before laser and some skin treatments we will ask about your health, medications and skin, and ask you to sign a consent form. We may do a patch test. We may decline or postpone treatment if it is not suitable or safe for you. Please tell us about any changes to your health before each appointment.

Prices and payment

Current prices are shown in our booking system. Prices may change, but the price confirmed when you book applies to that appointment. Payment methods, deposits and the terms of any packages or prepaid courses are explained when you book. Please ask us if anything is unclear.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers bought from us are valid for at least 3 years from the date of purchase, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantee that services are provided with due care and skill.
