Anytime Laser & Beauty (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information, including health information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW) where it applies.

What we collect

• Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Booking details such as the treatments you book, appointment times and payment records (handled by our booking and payment providers).
• Health and skin information you give us at consultation, such as skin type, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy and treatment history, so we can treat you safely.
• Consent forms and, only with your separate written consent, treatment photos.
• Website information such as pages visited and the device used, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, manage bookings, assess whether a treatment is suitable, deliver and record treatments, send appointment reminders, meet legal obligations and improve our website. We only send marketing if you have agreed to it, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the clinic, including our online booking system (Timely), payment processing, email and website hosting, forms and analytics. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. Some providers store data outside Australia. We never sell your personal information.

Photos

We will never publish a photo of you, including before and after images, without your separate written consent. You can withdraw consent at any time for future use.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and advertising conversion tracking to understand how the site is used and to measure bookings and enquiries. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
